1. Who we are
moosync is the controller of the personal data collected on this website and in the client area, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).
2. What we collect
In the proposal form: name, company, email, phone (optional) and the information you share about the project. In the client account: name, email, password (protected by Supabase; our team cannot see it), company and phone (optional), language, saved quotes, projects, deliveries and approvals, invoices and subscriptions, booked meetings, and support requests with their messages. Payments happen on the payment provider's side: we never receive or store card details. Your browser keeps only what the site needs to work (sign-in session, language and calculator answers). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.
3. Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare proposals, book meetings, perform contracts, show project progress, bill for contracted services and provide support. The legal bases are the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 7, V), compliance with legal obligations such as keeping tax records (art. 7, II), and consent (art. 7, I).
4. Who we share it with
Only with providers needed to run the service, such as hosting (Render), database and sign-in (Supabase), the payment provider used for billing and the video call tool used for meetings. They process data on our behalf under security obligations. We do not sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months. You can ask us to delete your account at any time: if it has no projects or invoices, it is erased within 15 days. Project, contract and invoice data is kept for the duration of the contract and as long as the law requires.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time (art. 18, LGPD). In your client account, under “My account”, you can correct your details, download a copy of your data and request account deletion.
